I have always done my best work in empowering communities. Orchestrating award-winning ad campaigns with talented agency teams. Becoming a National Board Certified teacher through inter-disciplinary collaborations, professional development groups, peer coaching, and community partnerships. Designing and leading innovative adult learning programs that bridged departments and broadened participation.
And I have struggled when healthy community was lacking. Stagnating in siloed organizations. Cringing in cut-throat work environments. Despairing through the isolation of early parenting. Floundering in the disonnectedness of solopreneurship.
I am a firm believer that we need nutritious communities now more than ever. We live in a time where connections are a click and a swipe and a time slot. And that is simply not enough. So I started co:lab to provide intentional space and structures for efficient, effective ways to build robust professional relationships that empower our best work and share it with the world.
You have a clear purpose, a unique set of strengths, and a promising business. What you want is less isolation, fewer hats to wear, and smaller gaps between where you are now and what you want to achieve.
In the co:lab community you'll find the connections, support, and the solutions you seek. We create the conditions for you to nurture powerful professional relationships that transform the way you work.
Think of the online co:lab community as your relationship-building yoga mat — a readily accessible space to nurture your practice for connecting with intention, building purposeful relationships, and stretching the way you work in the world.
This is not a top-down organization, but an organic, grass-roots ecosystem. Each member adds a unique blend of strengths and perspectives; each person elevates the level of support and empowerment we can offer one another. We are grateful you are here, and we are better for your gifts.
